Travel Forecast Fall 2011
Ontario's travel outlook is based on an econometric model that uses the expected performance of certain economic variables over the next 5 years, and the history of how changes in these variables affected travel in the past, to predict future travel. The economic variables included in this model are: personal disposable income, travel prices, exchange rates, oil prices and GDP.
